V roce 2016 se nám ozval Óňa Štökl, že by chtěl naši kávu do nově otevřené restaurace Eska. Tehdy se svým týmem odstartoval novou vlnu a nastavili jasný trend, že výběrová káva se hlásí o místo i v kvalitních restauracích. Za to si časem vysloužil pozici head-baristy celé skupiny Ambiente.
