Cascara is a popular drink made from dried coffee cherries. It can be prepared hot or cold, or it can be used to make syrup for lemonades. But the important thing is that it should come from organic production. All the substances from the sprays used by the farmers are stored in the peel and pulp. In the normal production of commodity coffee, these can also be dangerous pesticides.
That's why our Cascara comes from the first and only biodynamic farm in Guatemala. This system is the imaginary pinnacle of organic farming. We visited the Santa Isabel farm in 2022 and even had the opportunity to prepare the natural sprays ourselves. We are so happy to be able to offer you great tasting Cascara of the highest quality
