Each variety is carefully selected to ensure you can always find the coffee that best suits your team’s taste.
From the traditional Blend, to the sweet Siesta and Montes, and the wonderful El Salvador from our friend and farmer Rodolfo Ruffatti Batlle.
Blend from Brazil, Colombia, and Nicaragua
The Blend is a delightful mix of specialty Arabicas. Its balanced character comes from a combination of Brazilian, Colombian, and Nicaraguan coffees. This is the most traditional coffee in our range for offices.
Siesta from Brazíil
Brazil Santos Adele comes from the southeastern part of the country, where coffee plants are grown at lower altitudes. This contributes to its lower acidity and higher sweetness, which is further enhanced by the processing method.
Montes from Hondura
Montes coffee comes from the renowned Santa Bárbara region. The unique climate allows coffee plants to mature over a longer period, leading to higher sugar development in the cherries. The flavor profile is dominated by caramel and ripe fruit.
El Salvador
Finca El Salvador has been passed down from father to son in farmer Rodolfo Ruffatti’s family for six generations. Thanks to dry processing, the coffee combines notes of caramel, stone fruit, and sugarcane, resulting in a naturally very sweet flavor.
