FOX'SPRESSO coffee comes from the Brazilian farm Capim Branco, owned by the Andrade brothers. This farm has long been one of the best in Brazil and boasts many awards from prestigious national and international auctions and competitions, such as the Cup of Excellence. The natural lot of the Yellow Catuaí variety offers a fantastic taste experience with notes of dark chocolate, apricots and ripe fruit.
The Capim Branco farm is located in the Cerrado Mineiro region of the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais. The area is known for its ideal conditions for growing coffee, including high altitudes and fertile volcanic soil. The Andrade brothers grow coffee here using modern technologies and sustainable practices, which contributes to the high quality of their production, as we saw for ourselves during our visit to the farm.

Preparation
- Coffee 17 g
- Water 42 ml
- Ratio 1:2.4
- Time 28 sec
- ADVICE:
Always keep the coffee closed in its original packaging so that the beans do not degrade.
1. Weigh the recommended dose.
2. Press the ground coffee evenly with a tamper.
3. Check the correct volume of espresso on the scale.
4. Adjust the grinding coarseness according to the extraction speed ( the finer the coffee is ground, the longer the extraction time will be).
A tip from our barista
Always use well-aged coffee for espresso. Preferably between 2-4. a week from roasting. We recommend using high-quality, filtered or at least bottled water. After pressing the coffee with the tamper, be careful of impacts with the lever. Cracks in the puck turn into channels that lead to under-extracted espresso.
