TEN YEARS — TWO COFFEES — ONE STORY Ten years ago, we first stood on the Cocondo farm – a place where we discovered where coffee really comes from and what it stands for. This journey was the beginning of our family adventure that gave birth to Nordbeans. Today, ten years later, we stand on the world stage. Our coffee made it to the World Barista Championship – proof that the Czech roaster is part of the world's top.
Colombia Finca Cocondo is where our very first coffee comes from. Luis Emilio Veléz grows coffee here with the utmost respect for the surrounding nature. This creates a coffee that combines pure taste with a deep story of sustainability. Natural Cocondo offers juicy notes of sour cherries and oranges with a long, sweet aftertaste. For ten years, it has been a symbol of our beginnings and the values on which we build.
Panama Geisha from Hacienda La Esmeralda is one of the most iconic coffees in the world thanks to its unique terroir and the meticulous work of the Peterson family. The farm became famous in 2004, when their Geisha won Best of Panama, paving the way for global fame. The taste is dominated by notes of peach, mango and sour cherry, complemented by honeyed sweetness and floral elegance. It is a coffee that connoisseurs around the world pass on as a true treasure – and this year it shone at the World Barista Championship alongside the world's best.
In our limited edition you will find 150g of Cocondo from Colombia and 15g of Geisha from Panama.

- Káva 15 g
- Voda 240 ml
- Teplota 90 °C
- Čas 3:00 m
- Geishu meleme na střední hrubost. 20 clicků na Comandante, 7,5 na Ditting 807 LS, 6 na EK43.
Přípravu rozdělujeme do dvou rychlých nálevů po 100 a 150 ml.
1. 50 g krouživým, 50 g do středu
Čas: 0:00-0:10
2. 100 g krouživým, 50 g do středu
Čas: 0:50-1:00
Celkový čas extrakce by se měl pohybovat do 3:00 min.
