We divide our coffee into two brands – Nordbeans & Sweet City.
You can recognize Nordbeans coffees by their black and white bags with a distinctive turquoise seal. The coffees in the black bags will delight fans of modern, light-roasted coffees with fruity flavors. In the white bags, you will find the New Standard line. You will love these coffees if you are looking for a more traditional, sweet coffee with a full flavor.
The Sweet City brand is easily recognizable by its mountain-themed bags. They serve as a gateway into the world of specialty coffees for lovers of traditional, dark-roasted coffee with low acidity.

Espresso coffees are identifiable by their colorful labels featuring Jizera Mountain animals, which represent the character of the coffee—the clever fox, the elegant owl, the wild lynx, and the majestic stag.
Filtered coffees showcase the faces of the producers and farmers behind each coffee. We believe that they have the biggest influence on the coffee's character, and thus they deserve their spotlight.
Nordbeans coffees are among the best that specialty coffee has to offer. We select them from top producers and farmers with whom we have long-term partnerships. The selection of these coffees follows the harvest rhythm in producing countries. Often, they come in very limited quantities, which is why the offerings in black bags are frequently updated.

These coffees are characterized by their complex, bright, and clean flavors. We roast them using special Stronghold technology, which provides us with maximum control over every variable of the roasting process in small batches.
The character of these coffees shines best when prepared as filtered coffee. Despite their high quality, they stand out only with careful preparation.
These coffees offer a truly exclusive experience. Most of them are produced in very limited quantities, attracting interest from top roasteries around the world. We are pleased that our long-term efforts and collaboration with farmers allow us to present these coffees on the Czech market. Many of these coffees regularly appear in barista competitions worldwide.

All coffees are roasted one degree darker than Nordbeans coffees. This allows them to retain their natural character while achieving much higher sweetness, a fuller body, and lower acidity.
The packaging features the faces of the producers and farmers behind each coffee. They were one of the main reasons we launched the New Standard line.
For this line, we strive to select coffees from the same producers from whom we purchase the best coffees for Nordbeans. However, no farmer in the world produces only top-quality coffees. The New Standard line enables us to buy a much larger portion of their harvest that still maintains above-average quality. This way, they have the opportunity to sustainably develop their production in the long term.

FOX’SPRESSO
The fox is a clever choice. It will guide you into the world of top-quality espressos. It always contains sweet coffee from the São Silvestre farm, which consistently ranks at the top of Brazilian auction competitions each year. This coffee will convince you that Brazil is definitely still in the game!

The lynx is a coffee that promises a lot of fun. It’s a modern, bold, and juicy espresso with fruity flavors. When selecting coffee for the Lynx, we always look to Africa. We choose washed coffees from Ethiopia and Kenya that boast juicy acidity and a body full of ripe fruit.

We always select coffees for this brand from fresh harvests to ensure availability throughout the entire season. The darker roasting style gives the coffees a full body, high sweetness with notes of bitter chocolate, and very low acidity.
These coffees are perfect for espresso and work wonderfully in automatic coffee machines as well. They certainly do not disappoint when brewed in a moka pot or French press.
They offer a great opportunity for lovers of traditional coffees to gradually explore the interesting world of specialty coffee. The entire roastery team is responsible for their quality and consistent flavor, placing the same emphasis on quality control as with all other coffees.
