Martin began his journey at Nordbeans as a roaster, where he defined the roasting style and ensured that the coffee always reached customers in top quality. Gradually, he took on the responsibility of building the company's operational system and organizational structure. Under his leadership, Nordbeans operates efficiently and is on track to fulfill its long-term visions. His key role is to ensure that the company has a clear direction and that our vision and values are integrated into the daily operations of the company. He now also leads the sales department, further strengthening the company's growth and stability.

Karel has been our finance specialist from day one. While his brother focused on coffee roasting, Karel took on the responsibility for the company’s financial and accounting management, as well as the development of business activities. As the company grew, he assumed full financial leadership to ensure its long-term stability and healthy growth. Although his primary focus is on finance, he stays closely connected with the roastery, contributing to the selection of green coffee and building long-term relationships with producers. He also oversees the setup of the roastery’s operational system to maintain its high standards and deliver a top-quality product.

Jaromír was a big fan of specialty coffee long before Nordbeans was founded. From the start, he managed the concept of our green coffee sourcing and marketing. To this day, he collaborates on the strategic development of our relationships with coffee producers. At the same time, he has taken on responsibility for sustainability initiatives at Nordbeans.

Kuba has been with us for quite a few years. He started as a barista at Sweet City and DOK, but gradually began leading our courses. Along the way, he found success in barista competitions and became interested in sales. Today, he manages customer care, sharing his extensive experience from both operations and competitions.

Michal is responsible for taking care of our wholesale customers and clients. He manages the development of our business relationships from the initial inquiry, setting up the ideal form of cooperation, selecting coffee, to ensuring regular support directly at the customer’s location.

We became friends with Óňa at the beginning of our partnership with Ambiente, where he works as the head barista for the entire network. He played a key role in helping us develop our cafes. Today, he collaborates with us to establish effective partnerships with selected clients like Eska, Myšák, and Café Savoy. He also manages our training sessions in Prague.

Benjí has been setting the pace and direction for our barista team for many years. He works closely with the roastery team to ensure that coffee in our cafes and for our customers is prepared according to clear standards. He also represents 3TEMP technology and leads advanced Barista Hustle training for professional baristas.

Honza oversees all your coffee machines and grinders. He leads our service department, which means he provides technological support to our sales team and customers. Whether it’s a consultation, installation, urgent repair, or complete overhaul of a coffee machine, Honza takes care of it.

Ráďa has been with us since nearly the beginning of Nordbeans. He started as a delivery driver but gradually began assisting Martin in the roastery. Over the years, he has worked his way up to become our head roaster. Radek successfully completed the prestigious certification and is one of only two active Q-Graders in the Czech Republic. He is also responsible for quality control of all our coffees.

Radek followed a similar path at Nordbeans as Ráďa Kolombo. He took care of deliveries for a long time until he was eventually drawn to the opportunity to join the roasting team. Today, he works as a roaster, handling most of our production. Under Ráďa’s guidance, he is gradually developing his skills in roasting and quality control, making them a fantastic duo!

Kuba started with us as a part-time barista. Over time, he moved through training courses to green coffee sourcing, sales, and marketing. Today, as Head of Coffee, he connects coffee-related topics across Nordbeans. He works with the roasting team to set the direction for our coffee, which he then helps integrate into our cafes, marketing, and sales. Alongside this, he also achieves success in barista competitions.

Vojta leads the kitchen in our DOK café.
