Martin started at Nordbeans at the roaster, where he defined the roasting style and ensured that the coffee always reached customers in top quality. He gradually took over responsibility for building the company's operational system and organizational structure. Under his leadership, Nordbeans operates efficiently and is moving towards fulfilling its long-term visions. His key task is to ensure that the company has a clear direction and that our vision and values are integrated into the daily operations of the company. He is now also responsible for managing the sales department, thereby strengthening the growth and stability of the company.

Karel became our finance specialist from day one. While his brother focused on roasting coffee, Karel took responsibility for the company’s financial and accounting management and business development. As the company grew, he took over the complete financial management to ensure its long-term stability and healthy growth. Although he focuses on finance, he remains in close contact with the roastery, participating in the selection of green coffee and building long-term relationships with producers. He also oversees the setup of the roastery’s operating system to maintain its high standards and deliver a top-notch product.

Jaromír was a big fan of premium coffee long before Nordbeans was founded. From the beginning, he was in charge of the concept of our green coffee purchasing and marketing. He still works to this day on strategically building our relationships with coffee producers. At the same time, he took responsibility for the direction of sustainability at Nordbeans.

Michal is in charge of taking care of our wholesale customers and clients. He takes care of the development of our business relationships from the moment of demand, through setting the ideal form of cooperation, selecting coffee, and ensuring regular care directly at the customers' premises.

Kuba has been with us for quite a few years. He started as a barista at Sweet City and DOK, but gradually began to lead our courses. He also started to collect successes in barista competitions and became attracted to the business. Today, he provides care for our customers, to whom he shares his rich experience from operations and competitions.

Honza has all your coffee machines and grinders under his thumb. He heads our service department, which means he helps the sales team with technological support for our customers. We became friends with Óňa when we started working with Ambiente, where he works as the head barista for the entire network. He helped us a lot in developing our cafes. Today, he works with us on setting up functional cooperation with selected clients such as Eska, Myšák or Café Savoy. He also takes care of our training in Prague.

Ráďa has been with us almost since the beginning of Nordbeans. He started as a delivery driver, but gradually began to help Martin in the roasting room. Over the years, he has worked his way up to our head roaster. Radek has successfully completed the prestigious certification and is one of two active Q-Graders in the Czech Republic. Therefore, he is also responsible for the quality control of all our coffees.

Radek followed a similar path at Nordbeans to Ráďa Kolombo. For a long time, he took care of the delivery of shipments, until he was finally tempted by the opportunity to join the roasting team. Today, he holds the role of roaster and takes care of most of our production. Gradually, under Ráďa's supervision, he develops in the roasting craft and quality control, and they form a great duo!

Týna Žáková runs our oldest café, Sweet City, on Ruprechtická Street. She takes care of maintaining its good name and the atmosphere of the place where the whole Nordbeans story began. At the same time, she makes sure that the café is constantly developing, staying relevant and attracting new customers, thus keeping its long-standing tradition alive and appealing.
