When returning goods, please:

• Pack the claimed goods in suitable, sturdy packaging to prevent further damage or deterioration.
• Deliver the claimed goods personally or via any courier service to the address: wpj s.r.o., Lánovská 1475, 543 01 Vrchlabí.
• Do not send the package as cash on delivery; we cannot accept such shipments.

Procedure for handling claims

Once we receive your package, we will inform you via email. We will review the issue as soon as possible and inform you within three days about how the claim will be processed. We aim to handle claims within 30 days, but we strive to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Claims Policy

1. The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods without unnecessary delay and report any defects to the seller within five days.
2. The buyer must notify the seller of any detected defects in writing (by email) within five days of receiving the goods. The notification must include a description of the defects, explaining their nature and how they appear. The written notice should be sent to the seller's registered address.
3. To process a claim, it is necessary to provide a copy of the invoice and proof of delivery and payment for the goods being claimed.
4. The seller is not responsible for damages arising from the operation of the products, functional properties, or damages resulting from improper use of the products, nor for damages caused by incorrect handling. This warranty does not cover defects of this nature.
5. The seller undertakes to inform the customer within three days of receiving the claim about how it will be processed.
