Pro uvolnění aroma nechte čaj volně rozvinout v horké vodě, používejte prostorná sítka nebo konvičky s filtrem. Lístky nepěchujte, aby byl nálev silný.

NÁŠ TIP:

Jelikož je rooibos přirozeně bez kofeinu, je ideálním parťákem na celodenní popíjení. Skvělý je i na ledu!

Můžete ho připravit stylem cold brew podobně jako kávu: louhujte rooibos ve studené vodě v lednici 6–12 hodin a pak sceďte. Skvěle potom chutná vychlazený například s pomerančovým sirupem.
