We roast coffee to order, only after it has been purchased. Each roasting batch goes through several quality control steps to ensure that the coffee always reaches you with consistent quality and the highest standards

FREE COFFEE DELIVERY DIRECTLY TO YOUR BUSINESS
We deliver coffee directly to your business free of charge. If you’re located in Prague, Liberec, or nearby areas, you can take advantage of our regular twice-weekly delivery. For other locations, we use shipping services such as DPD or Zásilkovna.

Ondřej Štokl: 8 Years with Ambiente
In 2016, Óňa Štökl reached out to us, wanting to bring our coffee to the newly opened restaurant Eska. Together with his team, he sparked a new wave and set a clear trend for specialty coffee to have its place in quality restaurants. Over time, this earned him the position of head barista for the entire Ambiente group.
Our proven collaboration from Eska eventually extended with Ondra to Myšák Patisserie, the exotic Brasileiro, Kuchyň at the castle, and Café Savoy. In each Ambiente concept, Ondra creates a specific coffee program, where our role begins with selecting coffee on farms and culminates in a unique experience for guests in the restaurant.

OSADA
Osada is our partner café in Prague's Holešovice district. We've walked hand in hand with the Osada team from the very beginning. We helped them with bar equipment, which we regularly update. You'll always find a full shelf of coffee from our roastery here, drawing people from all over Prague. Perfectly crafted coffee, great food, and a diverse selection of complementary products – these are the core pillars of Osada.
BJUKITCHEN
Bjukitchen is a dream come true—a dream of a place where people will love to return every day, not only for good food and drinks but because it feels just right. For Bjukitchen, we always select unique coffee that perfectly complements the concept of the entire establishment. Their coffee is exclusive to them, and guests can only take home a bag during their visit to the bistro.

At Old Town Square, directly across from the Astronomical Clock, Restaurant 420 offers exceptional culinary experiences and impeccable service in a breathtaking setting. Michelin-starred chef Radek Kašpárek, along with Marek Komínek, draws inspiration from Czech cuisine and personal memories. We are proud to roast a custom-tailored coffee from Honduras for 420, enhancing the experience of each visit.

The luxury hotel Andaz Prague from the Hyatt group is located on Senovážné Square in the heart of Prague's historic center. The hotel believes that top-quality service includes top-quality products. That’s why, together, we selected coffee from leading Brazilian farmers, the Andrade brothers, to bring joy to guests at breakfast, in the restaurant, and in their rooms.

ESKA
Eska is a modern gastronomic concept in Prague, known for its unique approach to Czech cuisine and food culture in general. Eska was one of the pioneers of specialty coffee in Czech restaurants, and we are thrilled to have walked this path together from the very beginning. For Eska, we fine-tune the seasonal coffee Popík, selecting the most interesting coffees from our farmers around the world.

KOFEIN PLAC
They love coffee like few others do. Two friends chose an old newspaper stand at the bus terminal in Liberec and started serving specialty coffee to people ‘on the go,’ every day from early morning. The guys specifically select the fruitiest coffees we bring to the roastery, getting the very best out of each one. When someone asks us where to go for an espresso in Liberec, we say Kofein Plac without hesitation

ARRIGO
Arrigo is a modern gastronomic concept that combines traditional values with an innovative approach. Located in the heart of Děčín, it offers a wide selection of carefully crafted coffee on the La Marzocco KB90 machine, which is considered top of the line by industry experts. Every cup of coffee is prepared by skilled baristas focused on delivering authentic taste and a unique experience. Arrigo brings the same approach to all other pillars of the restaurant, bistro, and bakery.
THE FRESH BAR
The Fresh Bar on Plzeň’s Republic Square is a place where the colors and flavors of superfoods blend in the most delicious forms. It specializes in smoothies, healthy bowls, and always fruity coffee, with a beautiful view of the Plzeň cathedral. The Fresh Bar is the perfect choice for those seeking light, nutritious, and tasty food in the city center, or an excellent experience with perfectly prepared Nordbeans coffee.
DOKOLA KAFE
We’re always thrilled about Dokola Kafe at the roastery. Alice chose us even before opening, and the whole café has grown into one of our dearest partnerships. We often hold up Dokola as an example that specialty coffee can be done without compromise, even in a small town. Over the course of our partnership, we’ve upgraded several pieces of equipment—gradually replacing the basic setup with high-quality professional technology that allows the team to prepare coffee at the highest level every day.
CAFÉ SAVOY
At Café Savoy, history meets the present—a café and restaurant in Prague, set in an elegant environment near the National Theatre. This establishment has a rich history dating back to the early 20th century, when it was originally founded as a café and patisserie. Tradition has long been an important theme in the choice of coffee. However, in recent years, we have been able to enhance the baristas' knowledge and gradually introduce more modern, fruity coffees, which we select directly from farms specifically for Savoy.
BELLA VIDA CAFÉ
Bella Vida Café, located on the Malá Strana riverbank in Prague, is a stylish café with a stunning view of Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. This establishment is known for its rich breakfasts and brunches, serving freshly prepared dishes made from local ingredients, including homemade desserts and top-quality specialty coffee sourced from selected farmers. The café's atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, making it an ideal spot for meeting friends or enjoying a quiet moment with a coffee.
CUKRÁRNA MYŠÁK
Cukrárna Myšák is a historic and renowned patisserie in the center of Prague, located on Vodičkova Street. Founded in 1911 by František Myšák, it quickly became a favorite spot for lovers of sweets and traditional Czech pastry artistry. We have a long-term partnership with Myšák to select the right coffees that complement their concept. We always prioritize coffees that shine in cappuccinos, as they make those the most by far. Naturally, the same coffee is available for retail, alongside the rest of our offerings.
ALMANAC X ALCRON
Hotel Almanac X Alcron Prague is a luxurious five-star hotel located in the center of Prague, near Wenceslas Square. Opened in 1932, it quickly gained a reputation as one of the city's most prestigious hotels, a status it maintains to this day. We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to manage their entire coffee program—from providing coffee for the hotel café to custom capsules in the rooms. This is truly a dream collaboration.
OSTROV
Hotel Ostrov is a four-star hotel located in the picturesque and tranquil nature of Czech Switzerland. This hotel was one of our very first customers, and we are pleased that our partnership continues to thrive to this day. We have always been thrilled that specialty coffee is featured as part of the hotel breakfast, where quality and origin matter for all ingredients. For us, Hotel Ostrov will always hold a special place.

U KALENDŮ
Hospoda U Kalendů stands on the site of the now-vanished river settlement Podskalí, dating back to the early 20th century. Today, it serves straightforward food and carefully maintained beer. In the other part of the pub, they bake fantastic pastries, accompanied from day one by expertly prepared coffee from our roastery. At the start, we helped equip the bar with top-notch technology to ensure the coffee maintains its quality, even during the busy morning rush for pastries.
