What does your coffee machine deserve?
1. Basic Service
Basic Service should be performed on the coffee machine approximately twice a year. It includes a comprehensive check of the machine on-site, replacement of worn seals and shower screens in the coffee machine heads, cleaning of the diffuser, checking seals on the hot water dispenser and steam wand, adjusting extraction and steam boiler pressure, and inspecting all valves (safety, vent, and check valves). This service also allows for the identification of any major faults, scaling, or cracks.
The grinder receives the same level of care, including thorough cleaning, calibration, and, if necessary, replacement of burrs. The final part of the service is an inspection of the water filtration system, where we conduct a hardness test to determine whether everything is functioning correctly or if replacement or adjustment is needed.
Price: 2,500 CZK (excluding VAT)
Includes 1 hour of technician labor; each additional started hour is charged at 950 CZK (excluding VAT).
2. Major Service
A Major Service should be performed every 3–4 years to ensure your coffee machine serves you flawlessly for many more years.
For this service, the machine must be transported to our workshop, where it receives meticulous care.
We start with a Basic Service to identify any issues that need special attention. We then proceed with the preventative replacement of worn parts according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and reseal all sealing components. Solenoid valves, flow meters, and other clogged parts are removed, disassembled, and thoroughly cleaned. Given the common issue of scaling in coffee machines, we completely dismantle the machine down to the last screw and immerse the parts in a descaling bath. After reassembly, we adjust and test the machine in its final phase to ensure it returns to you in peak condition.
