Recept

čaj: 7 g (3 čajové lžičky)

voda: 500ml

teplota: 70 - 80°C

čas: 2-3 minuty

RADA:

Pro uvolnění aroma nechte čaj volně rozvinout v horké vodě, používejte prostorná sítka nebo konvičky s filtrem. Lístky nepěchujte, aby byl nálev silný.

NÁŠ TIP:

Protože si stojíme za kvalitou naší senchy, vyzkoušejte pro přípravu nižší teplotě (cca 70 °C), která zvýrazní její přirozenou sladkost a umami.

Zkuste zkrátit louhování na 2 minuty, pokud chcete jemnější a lehčí chuť.
* Pokud nemáte konvici s nastavitelnou teplotou, přelijte vodu z varné konvice do jiné nádoby – přelitím ztratí přibližně 10 °C a nechte ji ještě pár minut odstát.

Sencha je také ideální pro více nálevů (3–4), kdy každý další nálev odhalí jiný chuťový profil.
