Nordbeans
Nordbeans is a selective coffee roaster with a heart in the Jizera Mountains. The roastery was founded by the Kozlov brothers in 2015, and since then they have been importing coffee from the most interesting corners of the world.
They describe it as follows: "We share the stories of the people behind our coffee and we care about them. That's why we regularly travel to producers and call many of them friends. We care about the future of premium coffee. That is why we try to choose coffee from organic farms and participate in development projects. In Guatemala, we are helping to build a coffee campus for underprivileged children. A training farm for young farmers in El Salvador. We also run our roastery in Liberec with the same approach. We operate cafes with our own bakery, we know our suppliers and help them grow. For the future generation of professionals in our industry, we have created a digital educational resource, The Coffee Path, which will guide high school students through the issues of coffee production and its preparation."
Nordbeans offers a wide portfolio of services and products – three product lines, top technologies and professional training including Barista Hustle courses. The roastery's customers include cafes, restaurants, hotels and offices.
