  • ADVICE:
Always keep the coffee closed in its original packaging so that the beans do not degrade.

1. Weigh the recommended dose.

2. Press the ground coffee evenly with a tamper.

3. Check the correct volume of espresso on the scale.

4. Adjust the grinding coarseness according to the extraction speed ( the finer the coffee is ground, the longer the extraction time will be).

Tip našeho baristy

Always use well-aged coffee for espresso. Preferably between 2-4. a week from roasting. We recommend using high-quality, filtered or at least bottled water. After pressing the coffee with the tamper, watch out for impacts with the lever. Cracks in the puck turn into channels that lead to under-extracted espresso.

Cerrado Mineiro, part of Minas Gerais, is the first Brazilian region to receive a designation of origin thanks to its unique characteristics and high quality coffee.

Processing

In the Minas Gerais region, natural coffee processing takes place carefully and traditionally. Coffee cherries are sun-dried after harvest, leaving them whole, allowing their natural sugars to be preserved and rich flavors to develop. This process takes several weeks and involves turning the cherries regularly to ensure even drying and prevent uncontrolled fermentation. The result is a coffee with a full body and pronounced sweetness, characterized by subtle fruit and chocolate notes.
